Aria Bay Retirement Village, Stage 1

Ground was broken recently for Stage 1 Care Facility of Aria Bay Development for which Structus have undertaken the building structure site retention design. Structus will be engaging in CM3 site observation of the Care Facility Building works to be provided by NZ Strong over an 18 month construction programme. Site works have progressed beyond site enabling with the commencement of piling works this week.
