Kingsview

This is a premium quality residential development in Mount Eden, Auckland comprising eleven apartments over basement carparking, plus a ground floor café.  The structure comprises precast concrete flat slab flooring on steel and concrete framework, with blockwork and precast concrete shear walls.  The foundations are concrete bored piles, and the basement is retained using UC soldier piles with insitu concrete lining walls.
